7 Shot dead in Michigan after random shootings.

The shooting took place on Saturday evening at three different locations (Restaurant, Car Dealership and a block of flats). BBC news reported that the police had arrested a 45 year old man and that the 'threat was now over'. Among the 7 people that had died was a 14 year old girl. They have reported that the shooting was random and not linked with any other crimes.

The issue with this is that it shows that it is to easy for anyone to get access to a gun in America and carry out a crime. Because the person who carried out the crime was able to get a hold of a gun easily it means that he was able to do what ever he wanted to. No one knows how unpredictable a person is so they could be selling a gun to a dangerous person without really questioning it.

In my opinion i think that the laws need to be stricter in America regarding guns because it is becoming a major issue where anyone can get a gun. Because they have a gun they are going to most likely use it when someone breaks into their house or when there is an argument. People are using guns because they have access to them. If they didn't have guns then their would be less deaths as people wouldn't take matters in to their own hands and get the police to help.
