Istanbul Nightclub attack suspected captured.
BBC news released a photo of the man suspected of carryout the nightclub shooting which killed 39 people. The photo was taken by Turkish police following the capture of the man. The man, Abdulkadir Masharipov, was shown badly bruised around his face with a bloodied grey t-shirt. Masharipov is originally from Uzbekistan and was detained along side his friend and three other women. He was found at the home of the friends along with his four year old son.
The IS took responsibility for the attack at the beginning of the year saying that it was revenge for the Turkish military involvement in Syria. Other raids took place during the hunt for the Nightclub shooter on other suspected IS militants.
This news story is linked with issues and religion. It was a big story when the news broke to the world as terrorist attacks are occurring more often and becoming more random. It is also linked with religion as IS has apparently been involved with the attack.
